POISKULL can only be found in waters containing heavy pollution or hazardous waste,making them commion around populated ares and nuclear plants. They cannot survive long in pure waters, so it releases its own toxins in the water source if the need arises.

~Ivory~

These POKEMON are pests near water treatment plants, as they pollute newly cleaned water and attract other toxic POKEMON like GRIMER and TOXICOON to the area. Therefore if a POISKULL is seen nearby a treatment factory the whole plant must shut down so the POKEMON can be tranfered to another area.
